I have used this program for a few years. It is a bit hard to use, but I figured it out.
With this version (all versions of software up to date OS, Driver and this software 2.3.1. ) The Epson Direct to Disk mode jump to a paper mode screen and no action to print happens. I hope the developer fixes this soon. It has always worked well before.
My problem is the support page. still in the pre-App Store stone age. I did send a support email.
I choose to buy a different software package from another vendor. I can not wait for a fix.
It prints fine when the printer connected to your system, but there are problems when using the same printer on a network. Evidently a problem with the driver.Solarborn , 06/27/2020
I just wanted the ability to create a jewel case insert with my own art and images. I was able to get it done but OMG it was difficult! The perameters of the image you work with are different from what you see when you attempt to print! I went through 4 wasted pages before I got the desired result. Adding text is not intuitive either! Way too many steps! Again, I figured it out but unfortunately I learned later I could have done what I wanted far more simply with my Epson Print CD software! I don't need nor want any of the silly clipart. If all you need is a simple interface to create your own printed jewel case inserts and printed CDs and you have an Epson printer, the free software for your prineter is good enough and easier to use!Michael2449 , 10/26/2019
I have been using this program for serveral years and really like it. I just added a printer that prints directly on CD, when I couldn't get this to work I contacted tech support via email and they stayed with me until they were able to fix my problem. Every software company should be so helpful.
