- We do not retain copies of diplomas. Email a photo or PDF of your diploma to AMS-records@brown.edu and indicate where the document is to be sent (email or USPS delivery).
- Brown University does not provide for duplicate printed copies of diplomas (We do offer Certified electronic Diplomas for Spring 2015 graduates forward).
- Replacement diploma can be ordered from Paradigm, in situations where the original diploma has been lost or damaged AND/OR in cases where there has been a documented legal name change since the diploma was awarded.
- Brown University policy requires that all diploma requests and payment must be first submitted to the Paradigm site.
- Email your form and instructions where they are to be sent. We will notify you after the form(s) has been sent.
- If a transcript is required, see instructions below and email it to AMS-records@brown.edu and we will include it with your other document(s).
- The MSPE is only sent to training program designated officials or ERAS for fellowship applications. Be sure to include email address(es) of Designated Program Officials.
- Letter of request for Verification of Graduation should be emailed to AMS-records@brown.edu
- Provide name and address of individual(s)/organization and indicate where it should be sent.
- Note, we are a third party and unable to order transcripts.
