Inventory report intended to provide information about the number of pending Forms I-485 in the employment-based preference categories. The report provides our estimate of how many Forms I-485 we have in our inventory for each employment-based preference category, by selected country of chargeability, and by the month and year of the estimated priority date. A noncitizen with a pending adjustment of status application can use the report to estimate how many Forms I-485 we have in our inventory with earlier priority dates for their employment-based preference category and country of chargeability. Contains information on Applications for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal for petitioners who use Form I-589 and on Screening Referrals for Credible Fear and Reasonable Fear. It displays the number of applications and screening referrals received, completed, pending, interview or screening outcomes, and completion outcomes by month during the Reporting Fiscal Year. Contains information on USCIS approved family based petitions awaiting visa final priority dates. Form I-130 is included by preference category and country.

Contains information on USCIS approved employment based petitions awaiting visa final priority dates. Forms I-140, I-360, and I-526 are included by preference category and country.

Contains the number of people with Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) by the month and year that their current DACA status expires. The report also contains the number of active DACA recipients by country of birth, state and CBSA (city) of residence, current age, gender, and marital status.

Nonimmigrant Worker (L-1B, Intracompany Transferee Specialized Knowledge) quarterly performance data. It displays the number of petitions received, approved, denied, and pending by quarter of fiscal year.

Contains quarterly data on military and non-military naturalization applications. It displays the number of applications received, approved, denied, and pending by category, quarter of fiscal year, and office.
