THIS FARMOUT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into on the 13th day of March, 2009, by and between Far East Energy (Bermuda), Ltd., a company existing under the laws of Bermuda (hereinafter referred to as “Farmor”) and Arrow Energy International Pte Ltd, a company organized under the laws of the Republic of Singapore (hereinafter referred to as “Farmee”).
